Membership of the Association is only open to full time professional photographers.
Entry requirements are strictly monitored and it will be necessary to supply two references upon application. Once acceptable references are returned, applications will be accepted at probationary status. Only when qualifications are achieved will full membership be accepted and then able to advertise as a MPA Member with use of designatory letters and MPA Logos. All candidates must attain the Association's Licentiate qualification and Diploma in Photographic Practice before being admitted to full membership. Submission for this distinction must be within 6 months of your application for membership. Professional Indemnity insurance is required once qualified with the MPA to gain all benefits.
For details of submission requirements see the qualifications sections opposite.
