The Master Photographer of the Year returns!
The 2009 Master Photography Awards mark the return of the
Master Photographer of the Year titles. Join us at the Hilton
Hotel, located on the vibrant south bank of the Tyne looking
over the water to Newcastle’s historic castle district and quays.
This is our third year at Newcastle, it’s proved to be the most
popular venue ever with tons for your family to do if you are
bringing them along.
There is a brand new format with our World of Winners
nightclub party starting the moment you get up from a superb
3-course dinner with wine.
Our guest for the presentations will be radio DJ presenter
and comedian Mike Osman, and we have great entertainment lined up to liven up your social life – playing in the exhibition
suite which will be transformed for our late-night club.

TV Show Publicity
MPA is working with a leading TV HD-video production company to create a pilot TV show based on the Awards. The event will be filmed, and the major award winners featured in a behind-the-scenes arts documentary. This will also highlight the excitement of professional portrait and wedding photography. Our 2009 winners can become TV stars! Filming will take place during the Sunday event.

End the evening with a lively theme party after dinner – our World of Winners comes to life with great musical entertainment from Roy De’Wired, a singer-guitarist with an upbeat good time vibe sponsored by Colorworld Ltd, the North East’s big regional lab.
